Irgens Appoints Kristen Irgens as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer

Milwaukee, WI (January 5, 2026) – Irgens, a national real estate solutions firm, announced the appointment of Kristen Irgens as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Based in Milwaukee, Kristen will serve as a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, providing strategic legal counsel, corporate governance oversight, and administrative leadership in close collaboration with senior management.

Kristen joins Irgens after more than twelve years at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where she served as an attorney and shareholder in the firm’s Investment Management Practice Group. Her work there focused on securities and corporate law, with expertise in investment company and investment adviser regulation, as well as SEC compliance and reporting. She has extensive experience advising clients on compliance matters, fund registration, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation and offerings, and general business matters.

Kristen joined Irgens’ Board of Directors in January of 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She has been actively involved in SecureFutures, a Milwaukee-based nonprofit for financial literacy education and mentoring for teens, for the past six years and joined the organization’s Board of Directors in 2023.
