INVIVO Wellness to Host 15th Anniversary Wellness Day Event on Saturday, May 15, 2021

Milwaukee Wellness Facility to Celebrate Milestone with Day of Fun and Active Socially Distanced Activities

MILWAUKEE (May 9, 2021) – INVIVO Wellness announced today that it will celebrate its 15th year in business with an anniversary event on Saturday, May 15, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at its facility located at 2060 N. Humboldt Avenue, Ste. 300, Milwaukee, WI 53212. The general public is invited to the free event, which will feature a variety of fun, active fitness activities. This event will require masks and social distancing among all guests.

Attendees of INVIVO’s Cheers to 15 Years! Festival anniversary event will have the opportunity to participate in free demo yoga and fitness classes, fitness challenges, and free chair massages. Refreshments will be provided. Throughout the day, INVIVO will be offering prizes to participants and attendees. To help support other area businesses, INVIVO has collected prizes from local restaurants and activity-based businesses and will be offering these prizes as well.

Said Cynthia Akey, Wellness Director at INVIVO Wellness, “We are excited to showcase our new STUDIO space to provide a sample of our yoga and fitness class offerings. We are now able to welcome up to 16 participants to our group exercise classes during the pandemic. Post-pandemic we will be able to welcome even more.

During this Anniversary Event, we will introduce new-to-Milwaukee classes including Steel Mace Foundations and Steel-Mace Yoga. These and all our classes make fitness fun. Our team of talented, certified, and experienced instructors makes fitness accessible for everyone. We focus on teaching proper form and building healthy movement patterns and skills.
