In Landslide Victory, Julian Bradley Elected to State Senate
Bradley To Become Wisconsin's First Black Republican State Senator
FRANKLIN, Wis. — In a landslide victory, Julian Bradley, R–Franklin, was elected to represent the 28th District in the State Senate on Tuesday evening.
Bradley released the following statement in response to his win:
“The trust the voters are putting in me to represent them in the Wisconsin State Senate is humbling, and I am so thankful.
“This victory wouldn’t have come without the generous support of neighbors, friends, and grassroots volunteers who knocked on doors, made phone calls, and spent countless hours sharing our positive message across the district.
“We are living through unprecedented challenges: challenges which call for engaged leadership and a commitment to finding lasting solutions. I ran for this seat because Madison needs more legislators who will stand up for the values that make us who we are and who will work tirelessly to move our state forward.
“I pledge to serve humbly, loyally, and courageously, and to always uphold our Wisconsin values.”
