In Honor of International Women’s Day
I urge my fellow citizens to reach out today and thank (and/or hug if it’s someone close!) the women who make a difference in making your lives and our world better every day.
Today is International Women’s Day and I want to recognize all of the talented and amazing women I know and who I look up to who are more than deserving of honor and recognition. In fact I am a believer that every day could be Women’s Day!
From our wives and mothers who bring stability to our lives, to athletes and entertainers who have broken barriers, and to civic and political leaders like Vel Phillips – we salute you and we cherish your contributions and positivity!
