Husch Blackwell Guides Impact Seven in LIHTC Financing Development
Nov. 14, 2022—Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce it assisted Impact Seven with securing financing to develop supportive housing for adults with autism in Grafton, Wisconsin.
The development, known as Woodside Prairie, broke ground in October and will include a combination of housing for autistic adults in four 6-unit buildings and supportive housing in a separate 10-unit apartment building, for a total of 44 residents.
Woodside Prairie is funded by $8 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) provided by Red Stone; $800,000 in federal tax credits from Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority; and an award from the National Housing Trust Fund for approximately $390,000.
The development is set to open in the second half of 2023.
In addition to Taylor, the Husch Blackwell team included Adam Finkel, Emily Chad, Paul Dombrowski, Daniel Geraghty and Adam Roundy.
