Groundbreaking of The Quin, a 70-unit apartment development in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood.
(Milwaukee, WI. August 4, 2017)- Linden Street Partners, which has offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Santa Ana, CA, will join Altius Building Company, Rinka Chung Architecture, and Tri City National Bank at The Quin building site on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, 10:00 a.m. for the official groundbreaking. The Quin, located at the northeast corner of South 2nd Street and West Florida Street, will introduce 70 new luxury apartments to the neighborhood.
The groundbreaking commemorates the start of work on the $12 million, five story apartment development, which will take shape in the budding Walker’s Point neighborhood. Planned on-site amenities when the complex opens in 2018 will include a mix of stylish one bedroom and two bedroom floorplans, luxury finishes, spacious outdoor facilities to include a deck, an on-site gym, and secure enclosed parking. Its ground floor will feature 1,200 square feet of space perfect for local retailers.
This project will be the first development for Linden Street Partners in the Milwaukee area, but they already have plans for future developments in the community. Architectural Firm- Rinka Chung Architecture, Lender- Tri City National Bank, and Construction Managers- Altius Building Company is partners on this exciting project. Construction is expected to be completed in late summer 2018.
