Glorioso’s Teams Up With Milwaukee Firefighters for Chicken Tortellini Fundraiser
MILWAUKEE, WI — October 15, 2026 — Glorioso’s Italian Market today announced a special week-long culinary fundraiser in partnership with Milwaukee Fire Station Engine 28 to benefit the Ignite the Spirit Fund Milwaukee. From Wednesday, October 21 through Tuesday, October 27, the historic market will donate 100% of the proceeds from a newly created, limited-edition dish directly to the charity, which provides critical financial support to firefighters and their families facing hardships.
The fundraiser marks the one-year anniversary of a fire at Glorioso’s Italian Market last October. Thanks to the rapid response of the Milwaukee Fire Department and subsequent community support, the building was saved, allowing the market to recover and reopen.
To give back, Chef Tony of Glorioso’s teamed up with Joe, the lead cook from Fire Station Engine 28, to create a special off-menu Chicken Tortellini. The hearty recipe blends firehouse comfort with authentic Italian flavor.
“Because the fire department and this community mean absolutely everything to us, we didn’t want to just donate a percentage,” said Carmine Presta, co-owner of Glorioso’s Italian Market. “We decided to give 100% of the proceeds from this dish straight to the Ignite the Spirit Fund Milwaukee to say thank you.” Fundraiser Details:
