Get your flu shot today!
Statement of Common Council President Cavalier Johnson October 20, 2021
Earlier today I joined Health Commissioner Kirsten Johnson at Neighborhood House to receive my flu shot, and I’m encouraging residents across the city to do the same.
The fact is receiving a flu shot is quick and easy, and they are widely available.
During the 2021-2022 flu season the Milwaukee Health Department is offering free flu vaccines for individuals 6 months of age and older, and no appointment is necessary. For additional information and to see a list of immunization clinic locations and hours, visit https://city.milwaukee.gov/health/flu/Seasonal-Flu-Vaccine-FAQs.htm.
