FreshFin Poké to Open First North Shore Location at Bayshore

GLENDALE, Wis. (Jan. 5, 2021) – Bayshore is excited to announce it has entered into a leasing agreement with FreshFin Poké, a seafood-focused, upscale fast-casual restaurant that serves a signature line of healthy, hand-crafted Poké bowls. Set to be the first location serving the North Shore community, the 1,857-square-foot space is projected to open early summer and will be located near the newly renovated indoor rotunda community area. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, LLC represented both Bayshore and FreshFin Poké on the lease transaction.

FreshFin Poké, which operates in locations throughout Wisconsin and Utah, including Milwaukee, Madison and Salt Lake City, has built a following based around its health-focused menu. While the menu is focused on high-quality seafood, FreshFin also offers options to accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences, including vegan, chicken and pork options in addition to gluten-friendly and plant-based items. All sauces are made fresh in-house daily, and are centered around consuming clean, whole, all-natural ingredients.
