ZAZ Trans LLC purchased the 31,215 SF light industrial building at 1889 County Rd W in Grafton for $775,000. Bob Flood and Derek Yentz represented the Seller, Calibre, Inc.

GMK Realty, LLC purchased the 26,756 industrial building at 7335 S. 10^th Street in Oak Creek for $1,795,000. Bob Flood, Brett Deter and Brian Flood represented the Seller, Sun Chemical Corporation.

ServiceMaster KRS, Inc. leased 2,250 SF at 2074-2116 S. 56^th Street in West Allis. Brett Deter represented the Tenant.

Blue Light Properties LLC purchased the 15,680 SF flex building at 8989 N 55^th Street in Brown Deer for $1,060,000. Cole Wirth and John Davis represented the Buyer on the transaction.

Multi-family

South Sixth LLC purchased the 12-unit apartment building at 522 S. 6^th Street in Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. Andy Hess and Kemp Collings represented the Seller, Robinette South 6^th Street Apartments LLC.

Office

Nova Medical Centers leased 6,053 SF at the Seeger Building located at 20611 Watertown Road in Brookfield. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Owner, Garber Properties.

Edward D. Jones & Co, LP renewed its 960 SF at 1195 Summit Avenue in Oconomowoc. Jenna Maguire represented the Owner, HGR – Summit Avenue LLC.

Evans Transportation Services, Inc. leased 1,365 SF at 400 Genesee Street in Delafield. Derek Yentz represented the Tenant.

Avantti Sourcing Group LLC relocated and expanded into 3,914 SF at the Timbers building located within the Tannery Business Complex in Milwaukee. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Owner, R2 Companies.

Retail

Nick Tice, Garrett Warner and Kyle Skarr represented Stein Family Investments, LLC in the sale of the 14,294 SF shopping center at 3500 S. 27^th St. and 2603-2609 W. Morgan Ave., Milwaukee.  Hakan Hare represented the Buyer, Sri Gyathri Properties, LLC in this transaction.

Jon Thoresen, Ross Koepsel, and Conor Farrell represented Redgranite Everest, LLC in selling the 12,758 SF building at 275 Laing St., Redgranite.

Jay Blom and Nick Tice represented GLC 15740 W Capitol Drive LLC in leasing 1,624 SF to Look For Less at Capitol Plaza in Brookfield.

Matthew Beadle and Tom Bruss represented Eisenhower Properties, LLC in leasing 8,592 SF to Five Below at Horizon Plaza (3825 E. Calumet St.) in Appleton.
