Food gardening, design trends and healthy building materials among the seminars at the REALTORS Home & Garden Show
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (March 16, 2023) – The REALTORS® Home & Garden Show, presented by Unilock, returns to the Expo Center at Wisconsin State Fair Park, March 24 – April 2, closed Monday and Tuesday. From home improvement tips to gardening advice, to cooking demos and seminars, the show features the latest tips and trends for rejuvenating any indoor or outdoor space.
Get Expert Advice at the Minor’s Garden Center Solutions Stage
The Minor’s Garden Center Solutions Stage will offer free daily seminars, demonstrations and question-and-answer sessions by renowned experts. This year’s topics will cover: flooring trends; food gardening; steps toward a healthy home; ornamental tree pruning; deck and railing trends; creating a home habitat for birds and much more.
In addition, Step Beyond Green to Healthy members/contractors will provide insightful sessions into creating a healthy home. The non-profit organization advocates and educates on healthier indoor environments, particularly as it pertains to indoor air quality.
Spring has Sprung at the Garden Promenade
An annual highlight of the show are the flourishing Garden Promenade displays. The showcase boasts over 8,000 sq. ft. of unique landscapes created by eight area landscape designers. Decorative water features and native plantings, as well as outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire pits and more are among the featured elements in each garden space.

An annual favorite, Aquatica will create a show-stopping feature landscape display at the show’s entrance to bedazzle attendees with a one-of-a-kind “Jewel of Your Backyard” garden. Featuring fresh landscape trends, including elaborate water features, native Wisconsin stone and plant varieties, and pirate-inspired motifs and decor, Aquatica’s unique design will showcase a backyard unlike any other.
Admission to the REALTORS® Home & Garden Show is $10 for adults, $6 for seniors 65+ (on-site box office only), and free for children 12 years old and under, as well as for active or retired military (on-site box office only with valid ID). For children up to 12 years old, a limited number of Sprout’s Club VIP tickets will be available for $5, which include a club bag, show-themed gift, and voucher for a concessions treat.
