MILWAUKEE (Feb. 6, 2017) – Treat yourself this February at MOTOR Bar & Restaurant, located on the Harley-Davidson Museum® campus, with a newly revamped menu, an extra special beer dinner designed for two, a Friday fish fry or the all-you-can-eat BBQ & Blues.

MOTOR’s New Menu
Featuring flavors from across the country, MOTOR’s new menu offers diverse dishes with big biker attitude. A classic with a twist, the new MOTOR Mac ‘n Cheese can be customized three ways with Buffalo Blue, BBQ Pork and Smoked Brisket options. The Bro-Tato is one serious spud, stuffed with mini hamburger patties, bacon, cheese sauce and fried onions. Zesty sandwiches like the Bold BLT and Cajun Chicken Sandwich are jam-packed with big taste, while breakfast is served anytime with MOTOR’s All Day Steak & Eggs, served in a cast iron skillet and piled high with potatoes, steak and veggies. Looking for Chef Josh’s favorite? Try the Grilled Chicken Tacos served with chipotle slaw, avocado crema and fresh cilantro. Also featured are appetizers including tangy Asian Sesame Wings and crispy Fried Pickles. The new menu is ready to roll and available now at MOTOR.
Spoil your special someone with a one-of-a-kind date night at MOTOR this Valentine’s Day. Featuring a savory menu including balsamic glazed skirt steak, ricotta gnocchi with smoked tomato sauce, dolce de leche and local craft beer pairings from Good City Brewing Company, the Valentine’s Beer Dinner is a sweetheart of a deal. Reservations are $55 per person and include an H-D Museum ticket. H.O.G.® member reservations are $45 per person and do not include museum ticket (H.O.G. members receive free museum access). BBQ & Blues
Enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ and live blues music! Saturdays in February, roll into MOTOR for hickory-smoked BBQ chicken, pulled pork, smoked brisket and grilled sausage for $29.99. Or, for only $5 more, add Memphis-style dry-rubbed ribs. All platters include french fries, jicama coleslaw, BBQ baked beans and made-from-scratch cornbread. Not up to the all-you-can-eat challenge? Try a special BBQ platter for only $19.99.
Wing of the Month – Jerk Wings
One pound of MOTOR house-made wings tossed in a secret jerk-style dry rub with a surprising amount of heat. The wings come served with your choice of dipping sauce.
Burger of the Month – Rueben Burger
Chef Josh hand packs an 8-oz. burger patty and serves it open face topped with corned beef, sauerkraut and a Swiss cheese Mornay sauce all on rye toast.
Special of the Month – Spicy Smoked Tomato Penne Pasta
After cooking in MOTOR’s smoker, house-made marinara sauce is tossed over penne pasta and spicy hot link sausage. The pasta comes topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil, and is served with a side of ciabatta bread.
Drink of the Month – Hard Strawberry Kiss
A Valentine’s Day cocktail with a kick, the Hard Strawberry Kiss is made with Sweet Revenge strawberry liqueur.
Beer of the Month – Abita Purple Haze
An ode to Mardi Gras, this beer is brewed with fresh raspberries for a smooth and refreshing finish.
Happy Hour Specials
Every Monday through Friday, from 3 to 6 p.m., enjoy MOTOR’s Happy Hour Specials. For February, two-for-one specials include: Hard Strawberry Kiss cocktails, Central Waters Mud Puppy Porter bottles, Abita Purple Haze bottles, Heineken bottles and any beer flight.
