Festival City Symphony Presents “From Many, One” Saturday Classics Concert March 5
Milwaukee, Wis.—Festival City Symphony will continue its 2021-2022 “Saturday Classics” season with a concert titled From Many, One at 2 p.m. on Sat., March 5, at the Bradley Symphony Center, 212 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. Admission will be free, though tickets are required, and donations are suggested and appreciated.
The music of great American composers will be the concert’s focus. The performance will begin with George W. Chadwick’s festive Symphonic Sketches, I. Jubilee, followed by Symphony no. 4 (Autochthonous) written by William Grant Still, who is regarded as the Dean of African American composers.
