Fatal Fire on the 3000 block of W. Capitol Dr. Tuesday, April 08, 2025
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal fire that occurred on Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at approximately 2:20 p.m., on the 3000 block of W. Capitol Dr. MFD responded to an apartment fire and located a deceased victim inside the residence. The decedent, a 71-year-old sustained fatal injuries. The cause of the fire is suspicious and police are seeking a known suspect. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is ongoing.
