EUA Welcomes Jess Elkins to the Healthcare Project Development Team

Milwaukee, (12/16/25) — EUA is excited to welcome Jess Elkins to the firm as part of our project development team, with a focus on the healthcare market. Jess joins us with a versatile background shaped by prior roles in marketing, business development and client engagement, including experience within architecture, government, nonprofit and senior living settings. Her ability to navigate complex industries and build meaningful relationships positions her to make an immediate impact in the healthcare space.

In her new role, Jess will focus on building strategic relationships, connecting with healthcare leaders, and supporting EUA’s continued growth in the healthcare market. Her empathy-driven approach and talent for translating nuanced challenges into clear, strategic opportunities make her a valuable addition to the team.

Jess holds a degree in professional communication from Alverno College and is recognized for her collaborative style, strategic mindset and commitment to listening deeply. She brings a well-rounded perspective to project development, rooted in communication, empathy and strategic engagement.
