Efforts made to enhance voting experience at Good Hope Library

Alderwoman Larresa Taylor November 4, 2024

By - Nov 4th, 2024 01:37 pm

My office has been made aware of complaints that while people visited the Good Hope Library for early voting, and while they were waiting in line, some received parking tickets.

We have worked with the Election Commission and the Department of Public Works to ensure that there is both more notice and flexibility for those who may encounter a wait while voting at the Good Hope Library. If you received a ticket at this voting location, please call my office (414-286-2868) for further instructions.

If you were not able to vote during the early voting window, I strongly encourage you to get out and vote tomorrow on Election Day – Tuesday, November 5.
