Democratic Party of Wisconsin Statement on Ben Carson Visit to Wisconsin

By - Sep 28th, 2020 07:21 pm

(WISCONSIN) — In response to Secretary Ben Carson‘s visit to Wisconsin, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Spokesperson Philip Shulman released the following statement:

“The Trump administration can send whoever they want to Wisconsin, but nothing distracts from the reality that Donald Trump is attempting to strip protections for Wisconsinites with pre-existing conditions in the middle of a pandemic. Ben Carson, Mike Gallagher, and other Wisconsin Republicans haven’t just enabled these relentless attacks on our health care – they’ve actively supported them. Wisconsin voters will remember this failure of leadership when we elect Joe Biden as our next president on November 3rd.”
