County Executive Welcomes “Flash Mob” to the Courthouse

Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele is happy to announce the Milwaukee County Courthouse will be the spot of a “flash mob” to raise awareness and celebrate the achievements of blind and visually impaired people.

Hundreds of people from across Southeastern Wisconsin, including dozens of visually impaired students, have been working on the “flash mob” dance for months and will show it off outside the Courthouse at noon on Monday, October 15th.

Besides the “flash mob”, students will be providing information about the White Cane law and answer questions that people may have about blindness, braille, or other related topics.
