Color Vibe Fun Walk/Run is Saturday!
This 5K offers color, music, dancing - and benefits St. Ann Center.
The Color Vibe’s Bright & Bold Tour, a fun, non-competitive 5K for all ages, comes to Milwaukee’s lakefront on Saturday, May 12, running 10 a.m. – noon.
The event promises an energetic, color-filled morning, with a non-competitive, family-friendly run followed by a dance party, punctuated with bright bursts of color. Participants come dressed in white and see themselves transformed into human rainbows as they walk, run or dance through the course.
A portion of every participant’s registration fee will go to the Color Vibe’s Milwaukee charity partner, St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care, which provides health and educational services to people of all ages and abilities at its two campuses.
The Color Vibe 5K uses vibrant custom-made color, a unique cornstarch formula that delivers a brighter, safer experience than any other color event. Made in the USA, the food-grade quality cornstarch is 100% non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable. It washes out easily from skin, hair and clothes.
For more information on registration, go to the company’s website at: http://www.thecolorvibe.com
