With more than 20 years of construction experience, Scott brings a deep understanding of the industry and proven leadership to BEAR. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of a construction management firm, he has successfully led projects across public and private sectors in markets including commercial interiors, industrial, education, residential, senior/assisted living, and worship. Scott began his career in the field before transitioning into project management, giving him a practical perspective. Known for his passion for developing teams and improving processes, he leads projects through a collaborative approach that fosters strong partnerships among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. His oversight ensures a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction and that every project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

With over 25 years of experience in construction management, Amanda has led projects in multiple markets including commercial interiors, healthcare, life sciences, higher education, retail and industrial for both the public and private sectors. She has successfully delivered new and renovated facilities, corporate office buildouts, and large-scale developments in several states including Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Oklahoma and California. A natural communicator, Amanda cultivates relationships with all project stakeholders including clients, real estate and investment management professionals, architects, and engineers.
