Andy brings a proven record of success, starting his career in construction management with national firms and later as an owner’s representative and real estate development executive. He has managed a broad spectrum of real estate projects, including multifamily developments, industrial parks, adaptive reuse and historic preservation projects, mixed-use office and retail spaces, and large master-planned developments. Known for his strategic vision and ability to build strong, collaborative teams, Andy’s expertise aligns seamlessly with CG Schmidt’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
