Andy Gronik Launches First Radio Ad “It’s Time”
60-second ad to run on WNOV 860 AM Radio throughout the duration of the primary
MILWAUKEE – After speaking to Wisconsinites in every corner of the state for close to two and half years, Andy Gronik launched his paid media campaign with his first radio ad titled “It’s Time.”
“It’s Time” highlights the failure of establishment Democrats to get the job done against Scott Walker in three straight elections. “Listen up Democrats. Let’s be honest here. We’ve now lost three elections to Scott Walker. Three. And every time we’ve run an insider politician against him. And every time, Walker has beat us, allowing him to continue attacking our values and enabling Donald Trump. Something has got to give,” says the ad’s narrator at the opening of the spot.
“Doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity,” Gronik said on Wednesday. “Walker has a playbook to beat establishment politicians, but he doesn’t have a playbook to beat me.”
“Everywhere I go in the state people tell me ‘politics as usual isn’t working.’ The system is broken! To fix it we need real plans and not political platitudes. I’m advancing plans that build on Wisconsin’s strengths to create a Wisconsin That Works for everyone.”
Gronik is ideally equipped to go toe-to-toe with Walker on the debate stage in fall. “He’s not giving me any of that, ‘Open for Business’ BS,” Gronik said. “I’ve been there and done that. People throughout our state are suffering wages that have been squeezed, schools and school teachers that have been attacked, healthcare that’s been destabilized, and environment that’s being trashed. I am ideally equipped to cut through Walker’s ridiculous smoke screen of statistics and Foxconn giveaways.”
“It’s time for a change. I’m running to fight for our progressive values, end the era of Scott Walker and stand up to Donald Trump.”
Gronik’s first radio ad is currently running on WNOV 860 AM in the Milwaukee media market, and it is part of an integrated field operation that is building excitement and engagement with Wisconsin voters.

Three. And every time we’ve run an insider politician against him. And every time, Walker has beat us, allowing him to continue attacking our values and enabling Donald Trump. Something has got to give.
This year, we’ve got an opportunity to try something different in Democrat Andy Gronik. Andy isn’t a politician; he’s an entrepreneur who’s consulting company helped thousands of struggling businesses solve problems and create jobs. The first day Andy Gronik announced his campaign for Governor… Republicans attacked him. They know he’s the one who can beat Walker.
Gronik’s running to fight for our progressive values, take on the NRA, end the Scott Walker era, and stand up to Donald Trump.
It’s time for a change. It’s time … we … win.
Let’s beat Scott Walker with the one Democrat who can. Andy Gronik for Governor. Together we’ll create a Wisconsin That Works for everyone.
