AFP-Wisconsin Celebrates Tom Tiffany, Ellen Schutt as Full Slate of Endorsements Looks to Victory in November
MADISON, WI — Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin (AFP-WI) celebrated primary victories Tuesday night for Tom Tiffany in the governor’s race and Ellen Schutt in Senate District 11, as AFP-WI’s full slate of endorsed candidates moves onto the general election.
The victories mark the next phase of AFP-WI’s statewide grassroots efforts. In the months ahead, AFP-WI will continue engaging Wisconsinites through door-to-door canvassing, digital advertising, mail, and one-on-one outreach to reach voters across the state ahead of Election Day.
Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin State Director Megan Novak released the following statement:
“Tonight’s results reflect months of hard work by our grassroots activists who have been showing up in communities across Wisconsin and having conversations with their neighbors about the future of our state.
“We’re connecting with Wisconsinites to support Tom Tiffany and our legislative champions who are committed to bold reforms that lower costs and help Wisconsin families and businesses succeed.
“With AFP-WI already knocking on more than half a million doors, we’re ready to continue building on our canvassing efforts statewide and support Tom and our full slate of legislative candidates through November.”
