89 New Condominium Units to be Developed along Lake Michigan in St. Francis, Wis

ST. FRANCIS, WIS – Construction of 89 new condominium units overlooking Lake Michigan in St. Francis, Wis. could begin in 2026, according to developers Emem Group and Maharani. Led by Milwaukee natives Michael Emem and Ranjit Singh, the new condominiums would be developed as the “A-Wing” at The Landing at Park Shore, 4100 S. Lake Shore Dr., St. Francis. The A-Wing would be built atop the vacant foundation next to the existing B, C and D wings at The Landing, which was constructed 20 years ago.

The A-Wing at The Landing at Park Shore would be the first new condominium development on Lake Michigan in nearly 20 years. With 89 new condos, it helps address strong buyer demand amid the continuing low inventory of homes for sale in the metro Milwaukee area, which was reported by the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors in its May Market Report. The report highlighted that “the market requires at least 4,000 additional homes to adequately meet the demand from interested buyers.”

Real estate developers and investors Michael Emem and Ranjit Singh, both graduates of Milwaukee’s Associates in Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) program, believe these condominiums fill a gap in the market and will appeal to everyone from first-time buyers to empty nesters.

Located in St. Francis along Lake Michigan, The Landing at Park Shore offers convenient access to lakeshore parks and pathways, the airport, the I-94 corridor, as well as shopping, dining and recreational activities in St. Francis and several nearby communities including Downtown Milwaukee.

The Landing at Park Shore features resort-style amenities including a spacious outdoor pool and spa, a fitness room equipped with an indoor spa and locker rooms, and a community great room offering stunning views of Lake Michigan.
