Two cable-stayed spans that opened in 2002, replacing a long-standing viaduct.

The southern span crosses the South Menomonee Canal and Canadian Pacific Kansas City railroad tracks. Its southern terminus is a roundabout.

The northern span crosses the Menomonee River, CPKC railroad tracks, W. St. Paul Avenue and terminates at W. Clybourn Street.

The two spans slope downward to meet at W. Canal Street.
