In Tandem Theatre presents Dracula vs The Nazis
Count Dracula is dragged out of retirement to stop Hitler from using a magical device that can make him and his army immortal. Actors Chris Flieller and Doug Jarecki play over 20 characters in this madcap comedy that catapults you around the world, to and from an alternative universe and back home again! Autumn Celebration at the Urban Ecology Center
Free annual Autumn Celebration this Saturday, October 29th from noon until 4 p.m. Come celebrate a beautiful autumn in Washington Park! Join us for fall food and drinks, pumpkin carving, giant leaf piles, autumn crafts, and entertainment and fun for all ages! The festival will be bursting with autumn-inspired free food, especially caramel apples and apple cider. Pies made by neighborhood kids and volunteers from Community Pie will also be served. Attendees can also learn how to make their own apple cider during a demonstration. The festival also has an early edition, Autumn Celebration for Afternoon Nappers, which runs from 10:30 am until noon. It's perfect for families with children between 3 and 5 years old who need to play before the afternoon energy crash.
