Raúl Galván, Latino Arts Board member and local Cuban expert, will share insights from his recent trip to Cuba, co-sponsored by Latino Arts. Galván, along with a panelists Dr. Michael Martin, Adjunct Professor at UWM and Rachel Taknint, a retired attorney, will discuss the state of Cuba’s current arts and culture scene, how things have changed, and what he envisions for the future artistic landscape of the country.
