Emotionally Focused Foundations is a two-day seminar that introduces you to the Emotionally Focused process. Emotionally Focused is a discipleship journey designed to help us uncover the reasons we stay stuck in habits, sins, anxiety, and unhealthy patterns in our relationships. Through a combination of teaching, coaching and spiritual practices, Emotionally Focused offers a path to real transformation in our lives and our relationships.

Foundations is the beginning of the Emotionally Focused journey. All participants are required to attend both days of the seminar. Upon completion of Foundations, participants can register for the next part of the Emotionally Focused journey.
The cost for Foundations is $100/person, or $200/married couple.
