Office building in Schlitz Park. The building was formerly an office building for the Schlitz Brewing Co.
In August of 2015 building owner Gary Grunau announced a substantial redevelopment effort for the building, including conversion of 50,000 square-feet of warehouse space in the building being converted to office space. In addition, Grunau announced he is pursuing an anchor tenant for a vertical addition to the building that would add up to four floors and 160,000 square-feet of office space. The budget for the expansion is estimated at between $20 million to $25 million. That plan never advanced.
