Canceled apartment building for 2254 S. Allis St. in Bay View. The proposal died following a disagreement about parking replacement for the city-owned parking lot the project was to be built upon.
The $7 million project would have included approximately 50 units. Vetter Denk proposed the project. Ald. Tony Zielinski supported the project, then later reversed his stance.
