Former movie theater containing 36 units. In November of 2015, the ownership group applied to add an additional five units at the ground-level replacing the retail space.
The ownership group consists of Randy Thelen and Geoff Stone of Gato City.
Was formerly known as the Juneau Theatre. The theatre closed in 1965.
