The second phase of Haywood Group‘s planned City Place development. Would join City Place Apartments and City Place Three if built.

According to a zoning package submitted to the city, the second phase would be built at the southwest corner of N. 5th St. and W. Vine St. and include nine market-rate townhomes. The townhomes would be constructed as one two-story building, each unit with a private entrance. The estimated cost is $1.2 million. It is scheduled to be completed by 2021.
