It was sold in November 2015 for $1.1 million to 1639 Farwell LLC by Daniel Pauli. 1639 Farwell is part of the Gato City group, which owns a number of residential units in the area. Gato City plans to update a number of features of the building, according to an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
