Milwaukee, WI — February 2026 — No Instructions Gallery is pleased to announce Twice Found, a two-person exhibition featuring Charlotte Saylor and Kiefer Ledell Waterman, opening Friday, March 6 with a reception from 5:00–8:00 PM. The exhibition runs through April 10, 2026.

Twice Found brings together two artists whose practices are rooted in collecting, noticing, and transforming materials drawn from everyday experience. Found objects and visual fragments become the starting point for work shaped by surface, color, and composition. Each artist approaches these materials with a strong painterly sensibility, allowing texture, mark, and structure to guide the development of layered visual narratives.

Charlotte Saylor’s work recontextualizes discarded objects through careful composition and material experimentation. Hints of memory and personal history often emerge, as paint reframes familiar surfaces with a sense of attention and care. Kiefer Ledell Waterman’s collage-based paintings explore identity, pop culture, and emotional tone, combining found materials with patterns, pigments, and tactile interventions that emphasize both accumulation and transformation.

Together, the exhibition considers how meaning shifts as materials move from their original contexts into newly constructed visual environments.

No Instructions Gallery is located at 2124 E. Rusk Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. Admission is free.
