Gov. Evers Seeks Applicants for Milwaukee County Circuit Court
MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking additional applications for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court – Branch 38. The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge Jeffrey A. Wagner’s retirement, effective March 13, 2026. The new judge will complete a term ending July 31, 2027. Applicants who previously submitted applications for this vacancy will be considered and need not reapply. Please note that this application pool may be used to fill any future vacancies on the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in the coming months.
