WISN 12 Welcomes Rheya Spigner as the Co-Anchor of ‘WISN 12 News at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.’ Weekdays
MILWAUKEE, WI (October 15, 2025) – WISN 12 is proud to announce that Rheya Spigner will join the station as co-anchor of WISN 12 News at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning the week of October 20, 2025. She will anchor alongside Derrick Rose, Diana Gutiérrez, Blake Eason, Dario Melendez and Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden. In addition to her anchor duties, Spigner will take on daily reporting assignments and appear live on location during WISN 12 News at 10:00 p.m. on weeknights.
“Rheya is an accomplished journalist and talented storyteller with an authentic connection to the communities she serves,” says Shawn Oswald, president and general manager of WISN 12.
As an Anchor she’s received several institutional awards including an Edward R Murrow for team coverage of the Derecho that devastated the Midwest in 2020.
Spigner stepped away from the news industry for several years to run her consulting business but is excited to return to the anchor desk.
