Pepe George & Danielle Mladenov purchased 8601 N 43rd Street in Brown Deer for $890,000. Brian Flood and Brett Deter represented the Seller, SCL Holdings, LLC.

Costco Wholesale Corporation purchased 23.27 acres of land at Pabst Farms Boulevard in Oconomowoc for $7,094,472. Bob Flood represented the Buyer.

Office

Schuett Corporation purchased 360 W Bluemound Road in Waukesha for $1,600,000. John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Seller, DVM Investments LLC.

Studio Properties, LLC purchased 5966 N Santa Monica Boulevard in Whitefish Bay. John Davis and Brian Flood represented the Buyer.

Ideal Partners, LLC leased 48,384 SF at 501 W Northshore Drive in Glendale. Ned Purtell, Patti Stevens and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, Cypress Equities.

Provita Wellness leased 4,002 SF at 18650 W Corporate Drive in Brookfield. John Davis and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, Corporate 186 LLC.

United Way Blackhawk Region leased 3,276 SF at 100 N Main Street in Janesville. John Davis and Bob Flood represented the Landlord, BL Branch Group One, LLC.

Allstar Home Services leased 2,113 SF at 933 N Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa. Patti Stevens represented the Tenant.
