Milwaukee Police Investigate Fatal Collision Involving ATV; Charges Pending
Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 at approximately 12:00 a.m., on the 2800 block of W. Concordia Avenue. The driver of vehicle #1, a 23-year-old was traveling west on Concordia Ave, when vehicle #1 collided with an ATV with two riders. The riders of the ATV, unknown age at this time, were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. The operator of the ATV did succumb to injuries sustained during the collision and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The driver of vehicle #1 was taken into custody. This investigation is ongoing. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
