Community Meeting for New FPC Appointee Krissie Fung To Be Held on Tuesday, January 28
On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission (FPC) will host a community meeting on the appointment of Krissie Fung to the FPC Board. During the meeting, Ms. Fung will discuss her background and vision for the FPC, and answer questions from community members.
The meeting will be held at the Mitchell Street Library, located at 906 West Historic Mitchell Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53204. Community members may attend the meeting in person or virtually. Community members may also submit questions and comments in advance by emailing them to fpc@milwaukee.gov.
The Milwaukee Common Council will consider Ms. Fung’s nomination at upcoming meetings. If confirmed, she will fill the vacant seat previously held by Pastor Fred Crouther.
