Coggs is inviting residents to attend the 6th District town hall meeting taking place on Wednesday, October 2 from 5:30-6:30 PM at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School, 3275 N. 3rd Street. This town hall meeting will provide residents of the 6th District the opportunity to discuss the city’s budget, as well as ask questions and voice any concerns. In addition to Alderwoman Coggs, representatives from various city departments will be in attendance, and Budget Director Nik Kovac will be the special guest to speak with residents about the 2025 city budget.

Residents who have concerns unrelated to the budget are still encouraged to attend and speak with the city staff present. I hope residents will attend and provide their input on the budget, as well as engage in a dialogue to help benefit both our district and our city,” said Alderwoman Coggs.
