Milwaukee Preservation Alliance, in partnership with Milwaukee County Historical Society & AIA-Milwaukee Present: Second Annual Cream City Brick Symposium!

MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee Preservation Alliance is proud to bring the second annual  “Cream City Brick Symposium”, sponsored by ZS, LLC.

The public is invited to join MPA, MCHS and AIA-Milwaukee for a day filled with Cream City Brick! Hosted at Trimborn Farm in Greendale, the day will begin at 9am with coffee and light pastries  and feature three different lectures on Cream City Brick history, techniques for preservation and its place as a Milwaukee Icon. Lunch will be provided and AIA CEU Credits are available.

The afternoon will play host to an in-depth tour of Trimborn Farm, home to original Cream City Brick Lime Kilns, led by Mary Jo Knapp of Milwaukee County Historical Society.
