Wangard Partners To Break Ground On 180 Additional Units & Townhomes to Tivoli Green Development

Mount Pleasant, WI – September 26, 2023Wangard Partners, a leader in multifamily and industrial property development will break ground on its second phase of Tivoli Green Apartment Homes on Wednesday September 27th at 9am (9110 Megan’s Way in Mount Pleasant, Wis.), marking another significant milestone for the highly successful apartment community in Mount Pleasant, WI.

Phase 2 of Tivoli Green will be a continuation of Wangard’s successful two-story walk-up apartment buildings and will introduce 24 newly designed townhouse, each with private side-by-side 2-car attached garages, which will help meet a demand for housing not previously available in the community. The new construction of the for-rent townhomes are the first of their kind to be constructed in Mount Pleasant in over 20 years.

Located approximately 3 miles east of Interstate-94 in Mount Pleasant, WI, the development will consist of 9 class-A buildings totaling 180 units. When completed, the entire Tivoli Green community will total 458 units.

Along with Wangard, several individuals will also speak at the September 27th ribbon cutting ceremony, including Matt Moroney, newly appointed CEO of Wangard Partners; David Degroot, Mount Pleasant Village President; Jonathan Delagrave, Racine County Executive; and Stewart Wangard, Executive Chairman of Wangard Partners.

Project partners consist of JLA Architects, Greenfire Management Services, First American Bank, and RaSmith.

Community collaboration with the Village of Mount Pleasant, planning commissions, and RCEDC (Racine County Economic Development Corp.) were key to making the second Phase of Tivoli Green Apartment’s second phase of development a reality.
