ZAZ Trans LLC purchased the 31,215 SF light industrial building at 1889 County Rd W in Grafton for $775,000. Bob Flood and Derek Yentz represented the Seller, Calibre, Inc.
ServiceMaster KRS, Inc. leased 2,250 SF at 2074-2116 S. 56th Street in West Allis. Brett Deter represented the Tenant.
Blue Light Properties LLC purchased the 15,680 SF flex building at 8989 N 55th Street in Brown Deer for $1,060,000. Cole Wirth and John Davis represented the Buyer on the transaction.

South Sixth LLC purchased the 12-unit apartment building at 522 S. 6th Street in Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. Andy Hess and Kemp Collings represented the Seller, Robinette South 6th Street Apartments LLC.
