Marquette’s New IVY on Fourteenth

The top floor at a new apartment building by Marquette University is now in place. IVY on Fourteenth replaces a suburban-style strip mall with 80 apartments and street-level retail.

Designed by Korb Tredo Architects and developed by The Opus Group, the building is targeted at Marquette students. Located at the northwest intersection of 14th and Wells streets, the marketing for the project touts the Walk Score of the site (88 – Very Walkable).
