Home Buyer Protections Programs to Ease Fears in Time of Coronavirus

MILWAUKEE, WI March 20, 2020 – Falk Ruvin Gallagher Team of Keller Williams Northshore announced that it will offer two new programs, Income Interruption Protection and Home Value Protection, to help home buyers gain peace of mind during this turbulent period due to coronavirus and an anticipated recession.

Income Interruption Protection means that if you are in the process of buying a home and are sent home, downsized, furloughed and your income is temporarily interrupted, Falk Ruvin Gallagher will cover up to two months of your mortgage payment to remove any fear while you ride out the storm.

Home Value Protection is another new program that gives you confidence to buy during uncertain times. If you engage a Falk Ruvin Gallagher agent and make a purchase of a home listed by the Falk Ruvin Gallagher Team and the value of your home decreases and you are forced to sell within 24 months, Falk Ruvin Gallagher will cover the gap on the depreciated value by up to 5%. Some restrictions apply.
