Citizen Action of Wisconsin Endorses Peter Burgelis for 11th District Alderman
MILWAUKEE – Peter Burgelis, candidate for Milwaukee Common Council, District 11, announced today he has earned the endorsement of the members of Citizen Action of Wisconsin.
Citizen Action of Wisconsin is an issue focused coalition of individuals and organizations committed to achieving social, economic, and environmental justice. Citizen Action of Wisconsin organizes people to make Wisconsin a better place to live and work.
“I’m proud to earn Citizen Action of Wisconsin’s endorsement,” said Burgelis. “I’m ready to work with the members of Citizen Action to achieve social, economic, and environmental justice. Together, we can create a better, stronger community for all of our residents.”
A primary election will be held on February 18, 2020 with the general election on April 7, 2020. The 11th Aldermanic District includes neighborhoods in southwestern Milwaukee. Find a full map here.
