Brunch Milwaukee To Reopen In New Downtown Location
The restaurant group will be relocating to 714 N Milwaukee Street.
Milwaukee – After closing their Downtown Milwaukee doors in June due to flooding, Brunch Milwaukee will reopen soon in a new location. The restaurant group will be relocating to 714 N Milwaukee Street, just ten blocks from their current location on Plankinton Avenue. A build-out will begin immediately, with anticipated reopening in September.
Tay Brittain, Manager of Brunch downtown says, “We’re excited and optimistic about our new location. The staff is ready to get back to work, and we miss all of our downtown customers!” After heavy rains in May, Brittain and business owner Morgan Sampson shut down operations at Brunch Milwaukee because of flooding in the basement of the building. With no timeline for resolution from the building owner, they decided it was time to find a new location.
Sampson, an experienced realtor with an eye for the right property got to work. “We’re really fortunate to have found such an incredible new location. With more space, we can’t wait to grow and serve more people!” says Sampson. Brunch was just named one of MMAC’s Future 50 fastest growing businesses in southeastern Wisconsin, and this move will help it continue on this trajectory.
While the location has been confirmed, there is some work to do in the new space on Milwaukee Street to get Brunch Milwaukee ready for service. Stay tuned for a Grand Opening date and event announcement. In the meantime, Brunch Brookfield is open from 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, and 8:00am-3:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
