MILWAUKEE, WIS. (August 15, 2018) – WISN 12 is launching a multicast channel “Justice Milwaukee” to debut September 1, 2018 over-the-air on digital channel 12.2, Charter cable 180 and Spectrum cable 985. “Justice Milwaukee” is a broadcast television network that brings viewers gripping crime and investigation programming. John Walsh, the Emmy® award-winner and internationally renowned host of America’s Most Wanted, serves as the spokesperson and on-air talent for the network.

“This new channel is a great addition to the programming on WISN 12,” says Jan Wade, president and general manager of WISN 12. “The shows airing on this network will both engage and inform viewers through real stories, real crimes and real people.”

“Justice Milwaukee” provides audiences across Southeastern Wisconsin a first-of-its-kind network that helps find fugitives, locate missing children and share safety tips for viewers. The network’s programming includes shows like Inside the Mind of a Serial Killer, Cold Case Files, Extreme Evidence, Missing Persons Unit, and FBI: Criminal Pursuit. In addition to these shows, “Justice Milwaukee” also features the groundbreaking Be Safe Campaign, where viewer’s tips will assist local law enforcement in capturing the most-wanted fugitives and help find missing children.

“Viewers will get hooked on the fascinating shows of “Justice Milwaukee’” says Ben Lorber, director of programming and public affairs for WISN 12, adding “and through the Be Safe Campaign people can actually play an important role in making Milwaukee safer.”

“Justice Milwaukee” will take the place of WISN’s current multicast channel, “MOVIES! Milwaukee.”
