North Shore Bank Grows Mortgage Team for North Milwaukee Communities

BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank announced today that it has hired a new Mortgage Loan Officer for Milwaukee, Grafton and the North Shore, Claudio Lanza.
Lanza, who has worked in the industry for more than 15 years, has held similar positions with financials. In his new position, Lanza will be responsible for assisting North Shore Bank clients in Milwaukee, Washington and Ozaukee counties with the home mortgage process.
“We are thrilled to welcome Claudio to the mortgage team,” said Leo T. Spanuello, regional mortgage sales manager at North Shore Bank. “He is a charismatic professional with deep roots in the industry and a natural ability to help people navigate the many decisions that come in to buying or refinancing a home.”
Lanza, a Saukville resident, is actively involved in his community. He volunteers his time with Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, and Aurora Hospital. Lanza graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with a focus on business management.
