Sweeping Reform Legislation Protects Property Rights of Wisconsinites

MADISON, WI – Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin is applauding Governor Scott Walker for signing the Homeowners Bill of Rights into law today. Safeguarding the property rights of Wisconsinites has been a top priority for AFP-Wisconsin’s base of over 130,000 grassroots activists.
“AFP-Wisconsin commends Governor Walker for signing the landmark Homeowners Bill of Rights into law,” said AFP-WI State Director Eric Bott. “With his signature, the Governor has ensured the property rights of all Wisconsinites will be protected from the government overreach we’ve seen in recent years. This law means that more Wisconsin families will be able to buy, own and develop their property in pursuit of their personal American Dream.
